The Millennial Curve Evaluation is a psychological experience test developed by Leap72 in 2015 to measure Millennial experiences in relationship to technology, internet connectivity, social media, and pop culture. By using the Curve Evaluation, Leap72 is able to predict, which pairing of millennials and non-millennials in a work environment will have the most success by pinpointing intersections of commonly shared life experiences.
The Curve measures how a person's behavior has been developed or adapted to experiences unique to their life, but commonly shared across different races and cultures. Those experiences are measured in what we call "Experience Quadrants." The quadrants on the Curve are internet experience, social media experience, and cultural experience. Each quadrant measures and scores a person's experiences against commonly shared experiences (intersectional points) in that quadrant. Measuring experiences are key in understanding how humans, specifically millennials, relate to one another. Using the Curve, Leap can provide a snapshot of how well a team of millennials and non-millennials will (or can) communicate with one another during the course of their relationship. Working relationships that possess little to no experiences intersection points struggle to build rapport and typically fail within days or weeks, forcing both the millennials and non-millennials to end the relationship due to poor communication and bad rapport.
The Curve is administered online and can be taken by accessing the link provided below marked "Begin Curve Evaluation." After completing the Curve Evaluation you will immediately receive your score and behavioral experience classification, and a copy of your score and evaluation will also be sent via results via email from our evaluation tool in Google Survey Forms. Your evaluation results will show you whether or not your posses a millennial mind. Use the information below to understand your score.
